Store Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order from our shop.

3️⃣ Pay on Pickup
Visit our shop to inspect your order before making payment.
Please Note:
Orders selected for pickup are NOT reserved until a payment has been made. Availability is on a first-paid, first-served basis.

🔄 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you receive an item with a genuine issue, such as:
• Wrong size sent by us.
• Wrong item delivered.
• Manufacturing defect or damage.
• An item that is significantly different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once we verify the issue, we will gladly:
• Exchange the item for the correct one, or
• Provide a refund where appropriate.
Please Note:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Refunds or exchanges do not apply to issues caused by misuse, damage after delivery, or if the wrong size was selected by the customer.
